Why buy from me?​
I take great pride creating these beautiful, easy-to-wear hats in my Rose Garden Millinery Studio here in Winchester, UK. I handcraft each one with meticulous attention to detail - focussing on style, elegance, and quality. Over the years, many satisfied customers have recommended my hats to their friends, and my designs have often received glowing 5-star reviews online. Please rest assured when buying from me that every hat listed in my Ready to Wear Hat Shop is exactly the hat you will receive - what you see online is what I will post out to you. These unique hats are perfect for a Mother of the Bride or Groom, Top-Table Wedding Guests and Garden Party invitations, as well as being designed to meet the Royal Enclosure Dress Code for Ladies Day at Royal Ascot. Please bear in mind: each of these pretty little hats is a one-of-a-kind - so once it’s gone, it’s gone! If it’s meant for your head, be sure to grab it now before someone else does!
Website Photographs
Each hat has been photographed on the same mannequin head (size 21” or 53cm - EXTRA SMALL), to give you a reference of scale when comparing one design to another. (All size measurements are approximate.) I take considerable effort trying to capture the correct colours of each piece in the photographs, and I also aim to provide helpful descriptions in the text. However, due to variations of screen calibrations, what looks true on my device might not look the same on yours. Therefore, if your purchase turns out to be unsuitable, I accept notification of returns within 2 days of receipt, and I will issue a refund providing that the hat is returned to me within 10 days in a saleable condition. This means that I receive it back unworn, undamaged, and the swing ticket still attached.​
Delivery Information
I take time to carefully pack each hat in an appropriately sized hatbox, using plenty of acid-free tissue paper to protect it during transit. The hatbox is then placed inside a double-walled carton, to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in tip-top condition. Your new hat will be ready to dispatch to you within two working days. You will receive a purchase confirmation email, followed by a second email with tracking information once your parcel is on its way. I use either a DPD or Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ service. Postage & Packaging (P&P) is free of charge within the UK.
Estimated delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days.
Please note: I only accept and dispatch orders within the UK.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to me. Only the minimum information is asked of you when placing your order, so that I can efficiently process your purchase. This means that I will maintain contact with you throughout your purchase transaction with updates and the dispatch notification, until everything is complete. (This is unless you have chosen to receive ongoing news and information from me in the future. If this is the case, please rest assured that I will not spam you with excessive newsletters and you can easily 'unsubscribe' at any time.) The personal information asked for to process your purchase is encrypted and filed digitally under various password protections, and only the minimum necessary information is shared with the courier company who will deliver your order - it is not shared with other third parties.
Return Policy
Please inspect your hat within two days of receipt and notify me immediately by email or telephone if you see that there has been any damage, shortage, defect or deficiency of the order supplied. I will then be able to discuss the possible remedies for the situation with you.
Please return any damaged or defective goods, unworn with the swing ticket still attached, in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt and I will make good as soon as it is feasible to do so. I will reimburse you reasonable costs for the return of the goods, but shall otherwise be under no liability whatsoever arising from such damage, shortage, defect or deficiency.
If you decide that your purchase is not suitable, I accept returns on the following basis. Please may I ask you to make contact with me by email or telephone within 2 days of receiving your goods, to notify me that you are returning an item. I will issue a refund providing that the hat is returned to me within 10 days in a saleable condition. This means that I receive it back unworn, undamaged, and the swing ticket still attached. Returns will be refunded within two working days. I’m sorry that I don’t offer exchanges.
Please Note: No returns or refunds for sale/discounted items.
Please Remember: If you choose to return an item for a refund because you have changed your mind about your purchase, this is done at your own expense. This is unless an item is found to be damaged or faulty once you've received it (see above). In either case, owing to the delicacy and value of these hats, I recommend that returns are couriered back to me by using a 'signed for' service.
