Why Real Wedding Photographs Matter When Choosing Your Hat
There is something quite different about seeing a hat in a real wedding setting rather than simply on a mannequin or in a studio. These photographs show how my hats look in natural daylight, against real church doorways and garden marquees, and alongside the dresses, suits and flowers that make up the day. You can see how a wide brim frames a face in a group photograph, how a perching pillbox sits elegantly beside a bride, and how colour-coordinating really does make a difference when everything comes together.
Many of my customers tell me they found this gallery genuinely helpful when deciding on the style and scale of hat that would work for their occasion. Some arrived at their consultation having already spotted a colour combination or trim detail they loved. Yes, absolutely. Many ladies save a few favourites from this gallery and bring them along to their appointment. It helps me understand the kind of style, scale and colour palette you are drawn to, and gives us a wonderful starting point for your bespoke design.
Are the hats in these photographs available to buy?
The bespoke hats shown here were created individually for each customer, so they are not available to purchase as they are. Have a look through the photos here and the many styles in my Bespoke Collection. If a particular design catches your eye, I can use it as inspiration and create something similar in the colours and trims that complement your outfit. You are also welcome to browse my ready-to-wear collection for designs that are available for immediate purchase.
Do you have photographs of hats worn at Royal Ascot?

My customers attend weddings and events at venues all over Hampshire, the south of England and further afield - from Winchester Cathedral and Lainston House to country barns, London hotels and destination weddings overseas. The variety of settings in this gallery shows how well a carefully chosen hat works in almost any environment.
