The lightweight 6" buntal straw base in a slightly metallic 'Nude Caramel Latte' colour has been lined in raw silk and fitted with a metal comb and millinery elastic to make it easy and comfortable to wear. The beautiful multi-layered 'flower' has been created using a myriad of different natural countryside feathers, all focusing in on a felt button centre accented with tonal Swarovski crystals. A huge variety of feathers explodes from behind the bloom, all held in place by a simple sinamay bow, curling and twisting sculpturally over the crown to give visual volume and height without being too heavy.
This unique design would be brilliant for an outfit in Autumn shades, and would make a real showstopper for a Mother of the Bride, Mother of the Groom, or any top-table wedding guest who will not go unnoticed. It would also make a wonderful choice for Ladies Day at Royal Ascot or a garden party celebration.
